「識煮惜食」廚神爭霸戰 "COOK WISE, FOOD WISE" CULINARY SHOWDOWN

1.    本人謹此聲明，就本人所知及所信，上述所提供的資料均屬真實及準確。本人同意主辦機構及評審團就「識煮惜食」廚神爭霸戰（「比賽」）所作出的一切決定均為最終及具約束力。如提供任何虛假或誤導性資料或違反比賽《條款及細則》，本人的參賽資格可能被取消。
I declare that the information provided above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I agree that all decisions made by the Organisers and Judging Panel in relation to the "Cook Wise, Food Wise" Culinary Showdown (the Competition) shall be final and binding. I understand that any false or misleading information, or any breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Competition, may result in disqualification.

2.    本人同意主辦機構就比賽的相關事宜（包括聯絡、行政安排、宣傳及推廣用途）使用本人所提供的個人資料（包括姓名、電話號碼及電郵地址）。本人明白，如未能提供相關個人資料，可能影響參賽申請的處理。
I agree that the personal data provided by me (including my name, telephone number and email address) may be used for purposes related to the Competition, including communication, administration, publicity and promotion. I understand that failure to provide the required personal data may affect the processing of my application.

3.    本人同意主辦機構就比賽安排攝影、錄影或以其他形式的媒體紀錄作宣傳及推廣用途，並願意於最終評審及獲獎後參與相關拍攝及宣傳活動。
I agree to the Organisers arranging photography, video recording, or otherwise record in any form of media in connection with the Competition for publicity and promotional purposes, and I am willing to participate in such filming and promotional activities during the Final Assessment and after receiving any award.

4.    本人同意，在任何情況下，主辦機構均毋須就因參與比賽而引起的任何索償承擔責任，包括但不限於財物損失、人身傷害、死亡或其他損失，而不論該等索償是否因主辦機構、其僱員、承辦商及／或分判商的作為或疏忽所引致。
I agree that under no circumstances shall the Organisers be held liable for any claims arising from participation in the Competition, including but not limited to property loss, personal injury, death, or any other loss, whether arising from the acts or negligence of the Organiser, its employees, contractors and/or subcontractors.

5.    本人確認所提交的食譜及相關作品資料文件均為原創，且不侵犯任何第三方的權利（包括但不限於知識產權、私隱或保密權等）。否則，作品將被取消參賽資格。
I confirm that the submitted recipe and related materials are original works and do not infringe upon the rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or confidentiality etc.) of any other parties. Otherwise, it would be disqualified for the Competition.
